Laboratory and Research Specialist

Fay graduated from the University of Wisconsin, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She began her career as a genotyping technologist at the Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin, where she spent five years developing technology for human genome polymorphisms scans. She then worked as a technician in the Chemistry Department at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, before joining One Lambda in Canoga Park, California, as a Research Associate. At One Lambda, Fay performed antibody screening, HLA typing, human cell culture and worked on state-of-the-art instrumentation. She joined Dr. McClay’s lab in February 2016 where she is primarily working on chromatin immunoprecipitation and functional genomics.
